Terms of Service
Last updated: October 27, 2026
1. Agreement to these terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and Obidowski Company Sp. z o.o., registered at Pasieczna 8/12/139, 91-362 Łódź, Poland (VAT: PL9471986146; correspondence address: Szafranowa 17, 05-500 Zamienie, Poland) ("VizStage", "we", "us", or "our"). They govern your use of vizstage.app, app.vizstage.app, the VizStage app for Shopify and the VizStage connection for WooCommerce (together, the "Services").
By installing the app, connecting a store, creating an account or otherwise using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services. If you use the Services on behalf of a business, you confirm that you have authority to bind that business.
2. What VizStage does
VizStage turns the product photos in your online store into new product images: lifestyle scenes made for each product, or studio shots on a backdrop you choose. For each product, VizStage reads its title, type and photos, writes a scene brief, and generates images using artificial intelligence. You review the images and choose which ones are added to your store.
We may change, suspend or discontinue features of the Services. We will give reasonable notice of changes that materially reduce what you have paid for.
3. Accounts and store connections
Shopify. When you install VizStage from the Shopify App Store, your Shopify store is your VizStage account. Shopify's own terms continue to apply to your Shopify store and to charges billed through Shopify. Shopify is not a party to these Terms.
WooCommerce and web. You sign in with your email address and connect one or more WooCommerce stores by approving access in your WordPress admin. You must provide accurate information and keep your sign-in secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Tell us at [email protected] about any unauthorized use.
You may connect only stores you own or are authorized to manage. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to use the Services.
4. Renders, packs and payment
Renders. Each image VizStage generates uses renders from your balance. A standard image uses 1 render; a native 4K image uses 3. Rendering again after you edit a brief is a new image and uses renders in the same way.
Free renders. Each store receives 5 free renders when it is first installed or connected. Images made with free renders carry no watermark and are yours to keep, whether or not you buy a pack.
Packs. Renders are sold in one-time packs at the prices shown on our pricing page and at checkout. There is no subscription. Purchased renders do not expire while your account remains open. Prices are in US dollars, and taxes are added where required by law.
How you pay. If you use VizStage on Shopify, packs are billed through your Shopify invoice, and those renders can be used only within the Shopify app. If you use VizStage on the web or with WooCommerce, packs are paid through our payment provider, Stripe.
Failed renders. If an image fails to generate because of a technical error on our side, the renders it used are returned to your balance automatically.
Refunds. Except where the law requires otherwise, purchases are non-refundable. We do not refund renders for images you decide not to use or delete, or for unused renders. You can judge the results on your own products with the free renders before buying.
EU/EEA consumers. If you are a consumer in the EU or EEA, you normally have a 14-day right to withdraw from a purchase of digital content. Because renders are available immediately, by completing your purchase you ask us to begin performance at once and acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal once performance has begun, to the extent the law allows. This does not affect other mandatory consumer rights.
We may change pack prices at any time. Changes do not affect renders you have already bought.
5. AI-generated images
Images made by VizStage are generated by artificial intelligence. The scene, setting, props and lighting are created by the Services and do not show a real place or photoshoot. VizStage aims to keep your product's shape, color and camera angle, but generated images can contain errors, including changes to small details, text, labels or proportions.
You are responsible for reviewing every image before it is published and for making sure your product listings remain accurate. Do not use images that misrepresent what a customer will receive. Where the law or a marketplace you sell on requires AI-generated images to be labeled or disclosed, that obligation is yours.
6. Your content, your images and our property
Your inputs. You keep all rights in the product photos, product information and briefs that VizStage reads from your store or that you provide ("Inputs"). You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to access, store and process Inputs only to provide the Services. You confirm that you have the rights needed for your Inputs and that they do not infringe anyone else's rights.
Your images. To the extent we hold any rights in the images generated from your Inputs ("Outputs"), we assign them to you, and you may use them commercially, including Outputs made with free renders. Because of how generative AI works, similar Outputs may be produced for other users, and we cannot guarantee that an Output is free of third-party rights.
No model training. We do not use your Inputs or Outputs to train or fine-tune AI models.
Our property. The Services, including the software, design, the VizStage name and logo, and the content we create, belong to us or our licensors. These Terms give you no rights in them beyond what you need to use the Services.
7. Publishing to your store
When you approve images, or turn on automatic publishing, you authorize VizStage to add them to the matching products in your store. New images are added after your existing photos; VizStage does not delete or replace your original product images. Undoing a batch removes the images VizStage added. On WooCommerce, undo removes them from the product gallery but may leave the files in your media library.
You remain responsible for your store, your products, your listings and your dealings with your customers.
8. Prohibited activities
You agree not to use the Services to:
- process photos or products you do not have the rights to use, or content that infringes intellectual property, privacy or publicity rights;
- generate images of identifiable real people without their consent, or any deceptive, defamatory, hateful, sexual or exploitative material;
- misrepresent products to customers or violate any law or regulation;
- scrape the Services, access them by automated means outside the interfaces we provide, or get around usage limits or security measures;
- reverse engineer the Services, or use them to build a competing product or to train AI models;
- resell or sublicense access to the Services;
- interfere with or disrupt the Services or the platforms they connect to.
We may remove content, limit usage, or suspend or close accounts that break this section.
9. Copyright complaints
If you believe content processed through the Services infringes your copyright, email [email protected] with a description of the work, the material you believe infringes it, your contact details and a statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorized. We will review the notice, remove material where appropriate and tell the account holder. We close the accounts of repeat infringers.
10. Privacy
How we collect and use personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
11. Ending your use
You can stop using the Services at any time by uninstalling the Shopify app, disconnecting your WooCommerce store or asking us to close your account. Images already published to your store stay there. We may suspend or end your access if you break these Terms, if the law requires it, or if we discontinue the Services with reasonable notice.
After your use ends, your data is deleted on the schedule in our Privacy Policy. Sections that by their nature should survive, including those on intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability and disputes, continue to apply.
12. Disclaimer of warranties
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE". TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT GENERATED IMAGES WILL EXACTLY REPRESENT YOUR PRODUCTS, THAT ANY IMAGE WILL BE SUITABLE FOR PUBLICATION, OR THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.
13. Limitation of liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA OR GOODWILL. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE SIX (6) MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM. NOTHING IN THESE TERMS LIMITS LIABILITY THAT CANNOT BE LIMITED BY LAW, INCLUDING FOR INTENTIONAL MISCONDUCT, AND MANDATORY CONSUMER RIGHTS IN YOUR COUNTRY OF RESIDENCE ARE UNAFFECTED.
14. Indemnification
You will indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising from your Inputs, the images you publish, your products and listings, or your use of the Services in breach of these Terms or the law, except to the extent a claim results from our own breach or negligence. For consumers, this applies only as far as mandatory law allows.
15. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply. If you are a consumer in the EU or EEA, you also keep the mandatory protections of the law of your country of residence and access to its courts.
Before starting formal proceedings, both sides will try to resolve a dispute informally for at least 30 days after written notice. Disputes not resolved this way will be settled by binding arbitration under the rules of the European Court of Arbitration, seated in Warsaw, Poland, in English. Claims may be brought only individually; class actions are excluded to the extent the law allows.
16. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms as the Services change. We will email account holders about material changes at least 14 days before they take effect. If you keep using the Services after that date, the new Terms apply. If you do not agree, stop using the Services before the change takes effect.
17. General
These Terms, the Privacy Policy and the pack details you accept at checkout are the entire agreement between you and us about the Services. If a provision is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. Not enforcing a provision is not a waiver. You may not transfer these Terms without our consent; we may transfer them as part of a merger, acquisition or sale of assets.
